Foods to avoid if you want to stay healthy!

Certain foods are considered LUCTIN type properties.  The three worst on the list are:

Soy (all soy foods); Wheatgrass and Goji berries.  These are considered healthy, but in fact they are not.

Best foods to eat are berries, they are packed full of nutrients and help us stay well, young, vital and happy.
