What sets off an Asthma Attack???

If you or anyone you know has Asthma, all kinds of things can set off an attack. Here are some well known culprits:

POLLEN; DUST; MOLD; MILDEW; FOOD ALLERGIES; DRUGS (Aspirin and Beta-Blockers); ROOM DEODORIZERS!!!!

Other culprits to consider: Household cleaners; Animal Dander; Tobacco smoke; Fresh Paint; Food Additives; Food Dyes; Preservatives; MSG and Vegetable gums.

My suggestion is to become a good detective, keep notes regarding what seems to set off the attacks. Keeping these logs becomes very helpful at eliminating culprits.

Also, if you have precious pets, please be very careful when cleaning the floors with toxic cleaners, or using deodorizers. . Use only all natural products in your house.
