HAVE A SAFE TURKEY DAY:

Happy Turkey time: Make sure you do not keep your turkey OUT after cooking and leave it at room temperature, that is when bacteria can invade. Also, gravy; stuffing should not be kept out at room temperature. You do not want to get food poisonings, and certainly you don’t want your guests to get sick either. The extra turkey and stuffing is fine to eat for the next 4 days, after that it should be tossed out.
