How Cell Phones Affect A Child’s Brain!

How Cell Phones Affect A Child’s Brain! Yes, I am going to discuss the damage cell phones/cell towers/WIFI do to our precious children/infants. The bone marrow of a child’s head absorbs 10 times more radiation than that of an adult. Unborn babies and Children do face a greater risk of bodily damage that results from radiation given off by wireless devices, also known as MWR (microwave radiation). It is totally and completely advisable that CELL PHONES; WIFI; ANY WIRELESS DEVICE BE KEPT AWAY FROM UNBORN;NEWBORN;CHILDREN! Many studies have shown that children absorb more MWR than adults. A few friendly reminders:

*Distance is a friend from you cell phone.
*Don’t hold a cell phone directly up to your head.
*Pregnant women should keep cell phones away from their abdomens, and men should keep them out of their pockets.
*Do not allow children to play with your cell phones.
*NEVER TEXT AND DRIVE
*Turn off your wireless router at night to keep the exposure to radiation off.
*Turn off your cell phones at night, better is when you arrive home to be with your family or your pets.
I have a client that will not use her cell phone at all. Only a land line, she has tumors in her mouth and near her ears. Once again, these phones are convenient but they are dangerous!

Text Neck Syndrome

Cell phones are causing all types of problems….no one communicates in person anymore, and now we are seeing an entire population with TEXT NECK SYNDROME.
Text neck is the term used to describe the injuries and pain sustained from looking down at wireless devices for too long. The symptoms associated with text neck are:
•chronic headaches
•upper back pain
•shoulder pain
•neck pain
•increased curvature of the spine.
This is especially concerning for kids ages 5 years to 16 years.
If you are looking down a lot during the day, I would highly suggest that you hold your phone up directly across from your face and avoid looking/bending down.
We all know that I do believe these instruments need to be turned off when you get home, so that your body has an opportunity to rest. This is one more reason to do just that.

Insomnia

Insomnia: Every person that suffers from Insomnia is unique, and therefore each person needs to be evaluated for their own particular situation. Unnatural foods; environmental toxins; cell phones; lap top computers; televisions; WIFI, all alter our body chemistry and can seriously interfere with our sleep patterns. Here are some things to consider:

  1. Reduce your sugar intake, better yet, avoid sugar all together for 25 days. I call this my 25 day Refined Unnatural Sugar Challenge.
  2. Take all of the electronics out of your bedroom, turn off your WIFI.
  3. Make certain your bedroom is DARK!
  4. Do not watch TV in your bedroom, too stimulating for your nervous system.
  5. There are some good supplements/herbs to consider:   5-HTP; Melatonin; Magnesium; certain types of Calcium work well at promoting sleep, I really like Bone-Up by Jarrow Formulas. (Good balance of minerals)
  6. I have some families trying this: When everyone walks in the door, their phones go into a basket or charging area…turned off. These families are talking more to each other and enjoying other activities with one another. Try it, it works!
  7. Working out each day helps rebalance the body, and helps us sleep much better at night. I do not suggest you go and work out at night and then head to bed. I am probably one person that can actually work out and go to sleep, I have not met another person that can do that!
